Areas of Study
In addition to NMSU’s distance education programs, Digital Pathways is also developing programs with content relevant to American Indian communities in the following areas:
Tribal Management
NMSU has an articulation agreement in place with SIPI and will work with them to develop courses that will transfer to NMSU’s degree completion program in Tribal Management. The Tribal Management program will be converted for distance delivery. NMSU will add significant tribal content to several courses starting with Human Relations in Tribal Management and Entrepreneurship.
Criminal Justice
The Department of Criminal Justice will provide the entire upper division curriculum for earning the Bachelor of Criminal Justice to American Indian communities across the state and region. The Department is developing courses to address the more specific education needs of Digital Pathways students, including courses on Trial Law.
